Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage long-term relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and urban farms
  • Identify emerging trends and sales opportunities, collaborating closely with founders to shape sales initiatives
  • Collect market insights to inform product development and positioning strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the agriculture or sustainability sectors
  • Strong professional network within farming, landscaping, or urban agriculture industries (desired)
  • Self-motivated individual comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build networks and focus on customer satisfaction
