Job Opportunity: Third Party Risk Management Expert

This is a senior-level professional role focused on driving strategic change initiatives for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). The ideal candidate will lead the execution of TPRM programmes to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement a scalable, efficient, and future-proof TPRM operating model. This includes designing and implementing new processes, systems, and technologies that minimize disruption and ensure smooth adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation plan to support revised strategy for TPRM in the Supply Chain Management function.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to enact strategic objectives, performance indicators, and alignment on project milestones for the transformation process.
  • Implement best practices in TPRM as part of the defined programme plan.
  • Act as a bridge between senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide updates on progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement and sustainable performance throughout the transition.
  • Assess and review impact on existing processes, and develop any new processes needed, as a result of these transformation initiatives in support of the future state target operating model.
  • Define roles and responsibilities in the future state target operating model.
  • Review and update relevant TPRM governance documents to reflect TPRM programme changes.
  • Support development of a comprehensive change management plan that ensures smooth transition and stakeholder buy-in at all levels.
  • Ensure communications, training, and coaching are provided to impacted teams to ensure alignment with the new operating model and effective use of new systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or other relevant field.
  • Must have a solid understanding of TPRM and be able to comprehend its complexities.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a leadership or transformation role, ideally within supply chain management/procurement.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including designing and implementing new operating models, optimizing supply chain/procurement processes, and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership to drive strategic change.
  • Knowledge of supply chain technologies and industry best practices.
