Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
Salary: SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum
Precious Homes Bukit Panjang Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team in providing exceptional support to our residents and staff.
About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and efficient individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our front office, ensuring seamless communication between residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Duties will include:
- Reception duties such as attending to incoming calls, visitors, and enquiries
- Managing the auto-gate intercom and public address system
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Administrative duties will also be a key part of the role, including:
- Handling admission, discharge, booking, and coordination of transport for residents
- Arranging financial counselling and updating resident records
- Generating invoices, tracking accounts receivable, and preparing day-end reports
Other responsibilities may include coordinating with nursing departments, nurse managers, and physiotherapists for various services and consumables, as well as handling client feedback and directing it to the relevant departmental heads.
Requirements:
- Possess 'O' Level or 'A' Level Certificate or a Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Have at least 1 year of relevant working experience in the nursing home or healthcare industry
- Able to work alternate Saturdays
- Able to work onsite in Bukit Panjang
