We are seeking an experienced Strategic Healthcare Sector Specialist to join our team in driving the growth and development of the local Healthcare industry.

Salary Range: SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

You will play a key role in formulating strategies to enhance the sector's competitiveness and innovation capabilities. This includes developing and managing sectoral programmes for upgrading and SME development, with a focus on Healthcare Services and Products.

As a Strategic Healthcare Sector Specialist, you will be responsible for account managing high-growth enterprises to facilitate their expansion. You will work closely with other government agencies and partners to nurture enterprises and drive industry growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sectoral strategies to promote innovation and competitiveness
  • Develop and manage sectoral programmes for upgrading and SME development
  • Account manage high-growth enterprises to facilitate their expansion
  • Collaborate with government agencies and partners to nurture enterprises and drive industry growth

Requirements

To succeed as a Strategic Healthcare Sector Specialist, you should possess:

  • Strong business acumen with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Analytical skills with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Exceptional project organization and time management skills
  • Able to thrive under pressure and work independently and within a team

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates with two to five years of account management or business development experience in the healthcare sector are preferred. Prior experience in healthcare operations or healthcare transformation is highly valued.
