We are seeking a skilled and experienced spa professional to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa services, maintaining equipment and inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering various spa treatments in a safe and comfortable manner.
  • Maintaining equipment and sample inventory of products.
  • Keeping accurate documentation and maintaining client's files.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms.
  • Responding to customer queries, needs, and expectations.
  • Suggesting and promoting retail products or additional services.
  • Upholding hygiene standards and following health and safety regulations.
  • Cooperating with administration on any arising issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven work experience as a spa therapist.
  • Hands-on experience in massage techniques, waxing, and face/body therapies.
  • Experience in sales is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
