  • Job Title: Spa Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling phone and email queries, managing treatment appointments, consulting customers before and after treatment, upselling spa packages and products, managing customer complaints, ensuring store cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained, and managing daily operations in the absence of the Spa Manager.
  • Able to work weekends and PH
  • Experience in relevant industry (beauty, spa) is advantageous
