Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a highly driven Customer Service Officer to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in collecting timely and accurate data through outbound calls and field visits.
Job Description- Responsibilities:
- Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect data
- Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents' issues
- Compile, record, and input survey returns and data accurately into the system
- Data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Establish and maintain relationships with respondents throughout the project period
- Meet given KPIs based on the project timeline
- Provide status reports to the supervisor
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A strong phone and verbal communication skillset along with active listening
- Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
This full-time position comes with an estimated salary of SGD 4,000 - 5,500 per month, depending on experience. The working hours are 44 hours per week, spread across 5 days from Monday to Sunday, with shifts between 11am - 8pm or 12pm - 9pm.
