Service Technician RoleJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. This role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of kitchen appliances at customer premises.
  • Maintenance and Repair:
    • Perform regular maintenance checks on kitchen appliances to ensure they are functioning correctly.
    • Troubleshoot and repair faulty appliances in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Product Training:
    • Conduct training sessions with customers on how to use kitchen appliances effectively.
  • Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate service records, including details of work performed and parts used.
  • Spare Parts Management:
    • Manage spare parts inventory in the vehicle to ensure that all necessary parts are readily available.
  • Customer Service:
    • Represent the company professionally as frontline service staff, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome with on-the-job training provided.
