  • Oversees sushi and sashimi preparation with attention to detail and adherence to traditional methods.
  • Manages kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in their skills.
  • Monitors inventory levels, orders fresh ingredients, and optimizes stock management to minimize waste.
  • Collaborates closely with restaurant management to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintains and upgrades equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Stays abreast of culinary trends, continuously refining techniques to maintain a fresh and exciting menu.
Required Skills and Qualifications
