Job Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of master data records in SAP, TPM, and boundary systems.
  • To ensure seamless integration of data within the boundary system/platform.
  • To work with Trade Team to input relevant price and cost components in all related systems.
  • To support the Month end Close (MEC) process and propose calculation of rebates.
  • To act as the subject matter expert for TPM system and provide support to users during implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year of project coordination experience including internship.
  • Experience with Exceedra System.
  • Understanding/experience of FMCG and Trade promotion or FP&A and Supply Chain Operations is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with data.
Additional Information:
  • Salary: Competitive package.
  • Contract duration: 12-month contract, extendable and convertible.
  • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • Location: Bugis.
