**Scrum Master**

Location - Singapore

**Responsibilities**
- Manages the end to end project plan, coordinating activities across all resources necessary to deliver the project including change management activities
- Ensures artefacts and processes necessary to support the project are developed and maintained (Unified Backlog, Scorecard, etc.)
- Responsible for managing business and technology delivery leads, who represent the functions within the project.
- Manages the day-to-day running of the project and execution against the PMP
- Understands detailed business requirements and translates to technical specifications / deliverables for the technical team.
- Plans and performs Unit Test, System Test and Integration Test.
- Plans, develops and execute a technical deployment plan.
- Performs requirements gathering and analysis, develops consolidated requirements documents and functional specifications.
- Identifies opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
- Provides domain expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance IT systems.
- Understands and develops model for business data relationship and processes.
- Identifies and performs IT-Business gap analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent education
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of the Scrum framework
- PMP or project management certification is good to have
- Scrum Master certification is good to have.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Deliver in highly collaborative and impactful manner
- Proficient in development of high-quality professional presentation for business
- Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong oral and written skills involving both business and technical sides
