Optimizing Vessel Performance Specialist

The Performance Analysis Lead role is responsible for leading the performance analysis of vessels to ensure optimal routing and monitoring operational efficiency.
This position requires a strong practical understanding of navigating in rough sea conditions, as well as experience with weather routing tools or services.
- Benchmarking routing strategies against other vessels under similar conditions will be a key aspect of this role.
- Additionally, analyzing forecast and observation data to create post-voyage reports will also be essential.
This role contributes to continuous improvement by providing feedback on software and assisting with operational tasks. Effective communication with clients regarding missing or delayed data, data quality, and sensor issues will be crucial for enhancing overall model accuracy.
