Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Efficiency Specialist to oversee the operational and technical performance of vessels.

  • This position requires strong leadership skills, guiding and developing junior staff, Masters, Chief Engineers, and officers with leadership potential onboard.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for regular vessel inspections, including sailing visits, to assess condition and verify compliance with company standards.
  • Developing and managing budgets for designated vessels is also a key responsibility.
  • A crucial aspect of this role is coordinating and overseeing dry-docking and major repair projects for client vessels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of vessels.
  • Implement measures to drive sea staff compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee dry-docking and major repair projects.
  • Perform regular vessel inspections and assessments.
