**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to manage the development and implementation of a quality management system (QMS) and asset management system (AMS) that aligns with international standards. This includes managing the development and implementation of systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in transit operations.

  • Develop and implement a QMS and AMS that meets the required international standards.
  • Manage the performance monitoring system to analyze NEL/SPLRT operational and engineering performance standards, carry out trend analysis and performance benchmarking.
  • Ensure all performance indicators as required within OPS under the Licence are tracked and delivered on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the areas of quality assurance of engineering systems.
  • Knowledge in setting up and implementing a quality assurance system.
  • Experience in leading and achieving quality standard certifications.
