About the Role

As a Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing the organization's business strategies. This will involve conducting research and analysis of internal and external landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges, and developing short to mid-term strategies to guide the organization forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with larger systemic shifts and whole-of-government policy directions
  • Manage the organization's strategies, implementation plans, and engage stakeholders for alignment and execution
  • Design and plan the annual work plan and mid-term strategy reviews to provide recommendations guiding NCSS forward
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong strategic and corporate planning skills, as well as excellent project and time management skills. You will also need to be highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
