Job Responsibilities

Strategic Business Planning

  • Support the development, tracking, and review of overall business strategy for Group PFS, coordinating the strategic planning cycle and working closely with stakeholders.
  • Provide key focus areas and recommendations to business by leveraging data analytics, collaborating with Business Analytics to share insights and data storytelling with Management.
  • Provide continuous reference and benchmarking through market and competitive reviews, such as business and financial reviews, evaluation of retail banking landscape, and evolving trends.
  • Collaborate with Group Strategic Communications and Brand (GSCB) and Group Retail Marketing (GRM) on media-driven initiatives to establish and propagate retail banking thought leadership.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Participate in strategic initiatives for Group PFS.
  • Drive prioritization of key strategic priorities and develop dashboards for continuous progress and performance tracking and management reporting.

Regional Customer Franchise

  • Prompt and regular sharing of statistics, insights, and best practices with country teams to align towards agreed budget targets and omni-channel roadmap.
  • Facilitate bi-monthly sharing sessions with country teams to update on progress and sharing of best practices and learnings.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in financial services or consulting industry, preferably dealing with strategic planning or with exposure to business analytics.
  • Strong ability to fuse and translate stakeholder inputs, market trends, and data insights into simple, concise, and visually intuitive decks and reports for communication of business strategy.
  • Driven self-starter with strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Team player with good stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical ability and comfortable working with data and numbers.
  • Intermediate to expert-level user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
