The primary role of the Client Services Coordinator is to ensure seamless logistics and resource allocation for service and maintenance activities at client sites.
This involves coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, managing maintenance facilities, and overseeing field service engineering teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of concerns across a range of support services for the assigned region or product.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned product lines, configurations, installations, and designated geographic regions, acting as the direct interface to internal functions supporting clients.
- Provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage direct reports, including staffing, development, and performance management; utilize technical discipline knowledge and analytical skills to implement policy and strategy.
- Apply best practices and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive differentiators.
- Exercise sound judgment to propose alternative solutions to complex technical and operational challenges, leveraging both internal and external resources to drive decision-making.
- Mentor colleagues with less experience, lead small-scale projects, and facilitate consensus within the team.
