Requirements:
  1. You possess chess experience: player, coach, or competitor (no need for titles)
  2. You are receptive, eager to learn, and driven to grow

Certifications and Training:
  1. FIDE Certification
  2. MOE Certification
  3. SCF Certification
  4. First Aid Certification

We provide a structured, fully paid training pathway for candidates with less than 3 years of coaching experience or without formal certification:

  1. Trainee Phase (1–2 months) – Workshops, self-study, assistantship, and assessments.
  2. Junior Coach Phase (3–4 months) – Advanced workshops, independent coaching hours, and official certifications.
  3. Coach Pathway – Transition into full coaching roles with clear progression toward Senior and Master Coach positions.
Availability Requirements:
  1. Available mostly on weekday afternoons
  2. Can commit to at least 2 years
Remuneration:
  1. Range 40-60 per hour depending on your experience
  2. Trainee phase (Paid weekly)
