We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vitality Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing collaterals, executing marketing and member acquisition/retention strategies, and ensuring successful implementation of campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize, develop, and execute marketing and member campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to develop Vitality marketing materials and member communications.
- Manage the implementation of campaigns and initiatives, including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and customer/member insights to identify new opportunities to grow membership and enhance member experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operational activities associated with Vitality partners, including managing voucher stock balance and monthly reconciliation processes.
- Diploma holder in marketing, communications, or a related business discipline with minimum 3 to 4 years' proven experience in marketing, partner management, or a related role.
- Analytical and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with an eye for details.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
