Western Cuisine Chef

Chefs with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences are sought after to join our team in preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes.

The ideal candidate will have a certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent, preferably 1 year working experience in Western cuisine, and the ability to work on weekends/public holidays.

We are looking for individuals who can maintain highest quality and consistent product standards, ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation strictly adhering to health/sanitation regulations.

Additional responsibilities may include ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.

Requirements:
• Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent
• Preferably 1 year working experience in Western cuisine
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays

Job Scope:
  • • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes
