Responsibilities:
  • Ensure classes under your portfolio meet or exceed minimum student thresholds.
  • Recruit and retain students, fostering a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand students' needs, identifying sales opportunities and recommending suitable products.
  • Process registration and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with the customer relations department on any feedback or issues.
  • Attend campaign briefings, training sessions, and weekly sales meetings.
  • Address customer complaints and queries promptly.
  • Report daily sales numbers.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O levels and above.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
