Front-Line Service Associate

Looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our front-line team as a Service Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling registrations, appointments and phone enquiries
  • Working closely with practitioners and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Supporting doctors/nurses with chaperone assistance and administrative tasks
  • Responding to emails and attending to requests and other customer inquiries
  • Handling cash payments and performing basic administrative duties
  • Carrying out additional tasks as required

Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any studies
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months
  • Capacity to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided
