Accounting Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of Accounts Payable, including:

  • Invoice processing and payments
  • Reconciliations and vendor communication
  • Preparation of various financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribution to the budget creation process and monitoring of expenses
  • Preparation of mid-term financial plans
  • Participation in internal and external audits, including GST audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Skills and Qualifications
  • MUST be a Singapore Citizen OR Singapore Permanent Residents
  • Minimum a Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines with at least 8 years of relevant experience in the Financial Industry
  • Knowledge of GST rate change, Reverse charge, Customer Accounting, Low Value Goods, Overseas Vendor Regime, and Withholding Tax
  • Good system skills (e.g. Quickbook Accounting System) and e-banking platform experience will be a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Strong coordinator and team player
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and can-do attitude
  • Highly meticulous with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
