About this Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global trade marketing efforts. This role blends strategic planning and tactical execution, requiring strong partnerships, effective brand activation, and data-driven decision-making.

This position involves designing and implementing comprehensive trade marketing programs that drive awareness and sales worldwide. You'll build and manage key retail partnerships, collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful retail assets, and track performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong retail partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging retail experiences
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Events & Conventions:

  • Lead our presence at major global conventions
  • Manage end-to-end event planning, including booth design, logistics, product displays, staffing, and activations
  • Ensure all event messaging aligns with global marketing campaigns

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Partner with global marketing and sales teams to support launches and retail activations
