We are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at Peoplebank Singapore Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and executing B2B lead generation marketing campaigns targeting HR, Internal communications and C-Suite audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Plan and project manage owned and third-party events, webinars, digital, social media, emails, and telemarketing campaigns
  • Create engaging content, including agendas, speaking briefings, high-level slide decks, social media copy, and sales enablement materials
  • Manage post-event activities, including lead tracking and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive campaign success

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of marketing and business processes
  • A hunger for continuous learning and improving marketing best practices
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
