Lead R&D Programs

You will oversee the entire lifecycle of research and development programs, focusing on maintenance automation from inception to deployment.

  • Develop strategic roadmaps, milestones, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage resources, timelines, risks, and opportunities across multiple concurrent projects.

You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams (engineering, operations, IT, innovation) and external partners (vendors, research institutions, technology providers, government bodies).

  • Foster regular updates, workshops, and steering committees to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Present technical advancements in measurable business value for executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, a strong understanding of maintenance processes, AI, automation technologies, and digital transformation.

Required qualifications include:

  • Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in R&D, innovation, or product development roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is advantageous.
