Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct services on ground. This role is not limited to servicing, food ordering, reservations and cashiering duties etc. The ideal candidate will have understanding and ability to perform various functions.

  • Conduct services on the ground including tasks such as servicing, food ordering, reservations and cashiering duties.
  • Undergo training for non-supervisory roles to acquire knowledge and skills required to perform independently.
  • Undertake trainings for supervisory roles and responsibilities in order to lead and manage operations effectively.
  • Complete all trainings and acquire necessary knowledge and skills to reach Assistant Manager level within a targeted timeline.
Key Responsibilities

As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for performing duties in the best interest of the organization. This includes upholding corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values. You will also ensure that all policies and procedures are followed accordingly. Additionally, you may be assigned other jobs or duties by the Restaurant Manager from time to time.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Food & Beverages industry.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply too.
  • Possess good working attitude and team player skills.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, positive attitude, enthusiasm and initiative are highly desirable.
