Job Title: Energy Efficiency Consultant

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' cooling systems to evaluate current efficiency levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop cost-effective design proposals and improvement strategies for potential clients as part of business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external engineering partners on specific projects, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project delivery.
  • Foster relationships with OEM equipment suppliers throughout the region, facilitating access to high-quality products.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance, contributing to team growth and success.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in energy efficiency for commercial and industrial cooling systems.
  • Proven expertise in developing effective commercial and business insights, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed, ensuring timely project completion and stakeholder engagement.
