Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing repair, maintenance, and improvement programs across various sites, ensuring business operations continuity within corporate guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute A&A, repairs, and maintenance works for all branches, livewires, OCBs, UBI stores, and BCP sites.
  • Collaborate with Channels Planning for branch renewals and new branches, providing technical expertise to ensure timely delivery, with good safety records, and compliance to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage contracts through quotation calls, review, and evaluation of proposals to secure the best value for building services, maintenance, and renovation works.
  • Submit reports, monitor budget and expenditure, prepare RFP/RFQ/Tender documents, check invoices, and update records to ensure operating expenditures are within targets.
  • Assess and manage risks at workplaces during A&A, complying with prevailing safety and statutory regulations, ensuring employee, customer, and asset safety.
  • Maintain currency on technical regulations stipulated by relevant authorities/governing bodies (e.g., BCA, SCDF) to prevent safety breaches.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Building Services & Technology, Estate Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
  • Knowledge of M&E and Building Services.
  • Project management and risk management knowledge and/or experience.
  • Familiarity with relevant code of practices, standards, and legislations.
