Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Student Support Coordinator to fill this key position at our school.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Student Support: Respond to all enquiries (email, telephone and walk-in) and provide advice when necessary to prospective parents, ensuring that the school provides accurate information.
  • Admissions: Assist the Manager with matters related to student admissions, including contract, pass application, insurance coverage, and maintain up-to-date pupil files.
  • Database Management: Maintain the admission database for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth transition of student transfer.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct student surveys, collate data, and produce reports for trend analysis.
Key Functions:
  • School Tours: Plan and organize school tours by prospective parents, including staff liaison and related matters.
  • Negotiation and Marketing: Negotiate contracts with agents, promote and market the school, establish distribution networks, and develop strategies.
  • Materials Production: Produce slides, seminar materials, brochures, and marketing materials for management approval.
  • Events Organization: Organize, coordinate, and participate in promotional activities and open house events.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the educational industry.
  • Excellent team player with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Independent work effort, good organization and strong communication skills.
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
