As a Student Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Teaching life skills to students
2. Designing and implementing engaging activities to stimulate their minds and bodies
3. Keeping parents and colleagues informed of progress through regular updates
4. Facilitating learning activities, programs and discussions
5. Handling challenging situations with parents and students
6. Collaborating with the team to design and plan new activities
7. Ensuring seamless execution of on-ground tasks
8. Maintaining a safe and conducive learning centre
9. Performing housekeeping duties to keep the centre clean and organised
