Investment Manager Position

We seek a highly skilled and motivated investment professional to oversee the management of funds, develop investment strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver competitive performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage fund portfolios ensuring optimal asset allocation according to fund mandates.
  • Develop and implement fund investment strategies aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of markets, sectors, and securities to support investment decisions.
  • Monitor fund performance and risk metrics making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with research analysts, portfolio managers, and external advisors to assess investment opportunities.
  • Prepare and present fund performance reports and market outlooks to stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
  • Support product development and fund structuring initiatives.
  • Engage with clients to explain fund strategies and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with global economic trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's or CFA preferred).
  • [5+] years experience in investment management preferably in fund management or portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of various asset classes, fund structures, and investment strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing funds delivering strong risk-adjusted returns.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in funds management.
  • Proficiency in investment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

  • CFA/CAIA designation or progress toward it.
  • Experience with ESG and sustainable investment strategies.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools is an advantage.
