Job Description

The Director, Fund Finance role is responsible for driving the expansion of MUFG's Fund Finance product presence and capabilities in Singapore. This position will contribute to the financial success of the Fund Finance APAC business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust product business plan for the expansion of the Fund Finance business in Singapore.
  • Achieve revenue and return targets for the Fund Finance business in Singapore.
  • Lead client engagement on Fund Finance matters and leverage relationships to originate opportunities in the market and secure mandates for Fund Finance transactions.

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years' experience in banking or finance with 5 years' experience in Fund Finance or Structured Finance.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Working knowledge of funding vehicles and structures and jurisdictions including Cayman Islands, Singapore, and Luxembourg.
