The primary function of the Senior Compliance Officer is to ensure that all activities within an organization are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensuring timely submissions to relevant authorities.
- Supporting Board, Executive Committee, and Audit and Risk Management Committee meetings.
- Managing the scientific publications database and coordinating with key stakeholders on performance monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compliance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
