We are seeking a highly experienced Cost Management Lead to join our pricing team at C&W Services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive pricing strategies across various facilities management services.

Your primary focus will be on creating detailed cost models to support bid pricing strategies, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing. You will also be responsible for benchmarking prices to facilitate accurate and efficient estimating processes.

As a key member of our pricing team, you will work closely with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost-effective solutions. Your analytical skills will be essential in analyzing market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies.

You will present pricing proposals to senior management and clients, providing clear and compelling justifications. Additionally, you will monitor and review pricing performance, adjusting as necessary to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies
  • Create detailed cost models to support bid pricing strategies
