PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Director to lead our client's sales efforts in the toxic industrial waste market in Singapore. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet customer expectations.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent value selling, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as experience in the chemical or oil and gas industries.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with at least 3 years of business development and sales marketing experience. Additionally, knowledge of environmental services and waste management is an added advantage.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
