As a key member of our team at Dynamic Human Capital Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving infrastructure projects within our hospital cluster. Key Responsibilities:- Lead Quantity Surveying services, providing expert contract advisory to Project Managers and stakeholders on managing infrastructure projects.
- Support project management for renovation projects within the hospital cluster.
- Draft infrastructure procurement documents, refining procurement policies and procedures.
- Manage funding and cash flow for infrastructure projects.
- Analyze and compile cost data for infrastructure projects, liaising with Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits, coordinating with Project Managers, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.
- Compile a registry of consultations, queries, and feedback on procurement policies, standard contract documents, and contract administration processes/templates for periodic review and improvement.
- Organize training sessions for professional growth and practice.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Project Management for infrastructure projects.
- Experience in healthcare facilities and/or government projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or other relevant construction-related disciplines.
- Good knowledge of Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Team player with strong passion and drive.
