Job Title: Digital Transformation ExpertAbout the Role:

We seek a highly skilled professional to drive digital HR transformation and design, implement, and deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Develop scalable, integrated SAP SuccessFactors solutions across Employee Central, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, and other modules.
  • Project Leadership: Lead project teams through all phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business teams to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct solution reviews to ensure architecture aligns with industry standards, compliance requirements, and scalability needs.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors innovations and trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in implementing large-scale software solutions.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors: Must have hands-on experience with Employee Central, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, and other relevant modules.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading project teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
