As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert guidance and support on vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the check-in and check-out process for customers' vehicles with precision.
  • Leading test drives with customers to identify any additional concerns or issues that may require attention.
  • Managing all documentation related to cost estimates, repair quotes, and vehicle history records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Offering valuable recommendations on best practices, such as service intervals, warranties, and maintenance procedures.
  • Proactively updating customers on the status of their vehicle service and repairs.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and feedback mechanisms.
  • Troubleshooting basic vehicle faults and problems with ease.
  • Encouraging customers to provide feedback and reviews that reflect their positive experience.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to address any necessary rectifications.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid Class 3 Driving License.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline, preferably automotive-related.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work positively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Rapport-building with customers and delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
