Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner
  • Process vehicles registration and update company inventory database accurately
  • Prepare quotations for repairs and ensure prompt follow-up with customers
  • Maintain schedule for vehicle servicing and coordinate with authorized workshops
  • Maintain company vehicles insurance records and communicate with insurers as necessary

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations or relevant fields
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Responsible team-player and organized
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software
