It operates at the convergence of real estate development, private equity real estate, and fund management, structuring investments that balance liquidity, risk, and return with an institutional mindset and boutique execution. Prima Asset Management is based in Singapore and active in SE Asia, Australia and the UK real estate markets. The platform has a track record of raising and investing third party capital and has aggressive plans for growth. Prima Asset Management has entered into a partnership with Aurex Group as they seek an individual to lead and drive deal execution/negotiation and support with deal origination where applicable. This person will also mentor more junior members of staff and move into a leadership role when ready.
Responsibilities- Lead deal execution, and negotiation.
- Manage transaction due diligence, financial modelling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with external advisors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor/manage more junior members of the team.
- 8+ years in real estate private equity or investment management.
- Hands-on UK investment transaction experience.
- Working knowledge of student accommodation, residential and hospitality sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean fund structures and cross-border transactions.
