Job Overview

The role of a Food Court Operations Manager is to oversee the daily activities of a food court, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Support stall operations, including cashiering and preparation as needed.
  • Conduct regular checks on stall operations, ensuring compliance with established practices.
  • Compile sales reports, manage cash reconciliation, and perform basic administrative duties.

  • Assist with staffing arrangements, rostering, and guiding junior staff members.
  • Provide operational support during peak periods, weekends, and promotional events.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in F&B or customer service, preferably in a food court or hawker center setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to work independently and handle fast-paced operations effectively.
  • Willingsness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
