As a crucial member of our operations team, the Food Court Supervisor will oversee daily activities ensuring seamless and efficient service to customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing day-to-day operations of a food court or similar environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of the food court, adhering to operational standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service quality.
  • Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance customer experience.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Additionally, the Food Court Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with food stall operators to address their needs and concerns.
  • Coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement of necessary items.

Requirements include:

  • Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling.

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic. Preferred candidates will have experience in food court operations, flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
