Operations Manager Job Description

Job Overview:

The Operations Trainee plays a vital role in the day-to-day management of our food court. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this key position ensures seamless operations, exceptional customer experience, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the food court's daily activities to maintain operational standards.
  • Ensure all food stalls comply with guidelines and regulations.
  • Monitor workflow efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the food court and stalls.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Supervise and train food court staff to optimize their performance.
  • Assist in managing shifts and workforce to guarantee adequate coverage.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
