Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee the daily operations of our food court. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly, from managing tenants and crew to providing exceptional customer service.

Your primary objective will be to assist the Food Court Manager in meeting sales targets, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff alike. This will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and suppliers, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

In addition to your technical skills, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, tenants, and customers. You should also be proficient in basic math calculations, such as tallying sales and banking transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the food court
  • Manage tenants, landlord, and crew on customer inquiries and feedback
  • Train and guide crew to provide professional and friendly service to customers
  • Assist FCM to meet food & beverage & tenant sales target
  • Conduct checks on quality of food and beverage products
  • Prepare shift, daily sales, and weekly reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food retail management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills, including accounting and financial analysis
