About the RoleAs a sales and marketing manager, you will formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and foster market growth. You will establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, offering technical guidance and advisory support on products, applications, and solutions.

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to shape business strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the chemicals or polymer industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
