**Job Description**

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the premises. This involves performing various cleaning tasks, including mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors, emptying litter bins and chute bins, and washing and polishing surfaces.

Additional responsibilities include scrubbing and buffing floors using powered equipment, cleaning toilet areas, and replenishing toilet rolls, hand soap, and hand towels. The ideal candidate will also be required to undertake periodic cleaning tasks, such as shampooing carpets and stripping and polishing floors.

This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills. The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and supplies.
