Job Title: Warehouse Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our returns quality control processes.
This role involves handling returned goods from customers, conducting inbound inspection, and ensuring accurate processing of returned inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inbound processing for returned items received from third-party logistics (3PL)
- Inspect returned goods to assess their condition, completeness, and quality, and provide appropriate resolutions
- Conduct investigations for any suspicious returned products
- Meet daily targets
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested by your supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the returns processing area
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred. Proficiency in emailing and using basic Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, is also required.
