Fashion Sustainability Innovator

We're looking for a pioneering individual who is passionate about driving sustainable innovation in the fashion industry.

This role offers the opportunity to spearhead the development and implementation of our company's sustainability strategy, policies and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fashion value chain and its challenges, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing the group sustainability strategy, including roadmaps, goals and targets
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, risk, opportunities and changes
  • Operationalizing all sustainability initiatives relating to social contributions and environmental impacts-related topics
  • Leading in the identification and implementation of international tools, standards and guidelines such as green office/store guidelines, the HIGG Index, the UN Framework on Business and Human Rights, United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals, The Green House Gas Protocol, ISO 26000 Guidance on Social Responsibility

Requirements include:

  • Degree in Sustainability/Business Administration/Business Management/Fashion Entrepreneurship or related field
  • Preferably with at least 1-3 years' experience in corporate sustainability and responsibility or similar
  • Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working within a matrix organization, captivating internal stakeholders on labour and/or environmental improvements
  • A sound understanding of the fashion/retail value chain and its challenges
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Professional with an ability to represent the brand while engaging with external stakeholders
  • A passion for sustainability-related topics and results driven
  • Experience in policy and document writing and/or reviewing
  • Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Team Player with positive learning attitude
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task with Excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned
