Installation Project Manager

You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of installation are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing teams, coordinating logistics, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

A key part of this role is your ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. You must be able to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise.

The Installation Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the installation process to meet client expectations. Your goal is to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You must also have excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling you to interpret data, identify trends, and report back to management.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete project installation process from RFP preparation to financial close-out.
  • Support Tender team in providing right cost for resource support and engagement plan.
  • Review customer drawing and specifications.
  • Work alongside project team and planning team to develop scope and schedules for project delivery.
  • Monitor and control projects installation progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in LV, BMS, HVAC, or Industrial Controls / Automation.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
  • Previous work experience as a lead automation/controls/LV engineer and managing multiple vendors.
  • Knowledge of DDC/PLC system.
  • Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites or Equivalent.
  • In-depth understanding of installation standards in Singapore.
